Responsibilities：

1. Work in compliance with all HSE regulations and in line with HSE KPIs and Targets set by management.

2. Active support to the safety culture at site and work safely for incident free operation.

3. Product formulation management and mange process parameters to ensure the process to run in controlling

4. Responsible for new product development and optimizing the process parameter to achieve market demands.

5. Initiate and support product quality and yield improvement, facilitate asset utilization, capacity improvements and cost reductions, achieve PIP target.

6. Good communication with plant team to achieve the operation requirements.

7. Daily report for process condition, equipment issues and data, and propose continuous improvement solutions.

Requirements：

1. College or above in automotive industry or Chemistry Background.

2. Over 3 years working experience in the compounds or extrusion industry

3. Well known in FMEA and realize the other 4 management tools in vehicle industry.

4. Willingness to continuously build knowledge and broaden skills.
