Job responsibilities:
1. Implement operation quide and SOP, Customer Manual, Fit-out Manual.
2. lmplement OEHS Guide and conduct emergency drill to ensure preparedness.
3. As the regional operations leader, oversee all site operational aspects to make sure sharp presentation.
4. Regular report to company management as planed.
Qualification
1. Below 40 years old (include 40).
2. Excellent English communication capability.Academic degree in engineering or other real estate related technical degree.
3. At least 5 years' experience in property managementfaciitly management or asset management with at least 3years' managerial experience.
4. Knowledae in financial and asset controllina as well as business administration.
5. He/ She would be ideally stationed in Shanghai office.
