Major Accountabilities:
1. Submit PPAP documents to customer for approval; Inform customer about ECR change 2. Stop line and analyze quality problem when the process quality reject rate is over the trigger limit target.
3. Non-conforming parts daily check to identify the risks in production line and dispose the scrap parts.

4. Lead continuous improvement project of quality to reduce the product line reject rate and scrap rate.
5. Participate and support customer audit.
6. Implement containment actions immediately at customer side and internal plant when customer complaint happened. 7.Investigate customer returns and submit 8D report to customer.
Key Required Qualification:
1. College degree or above, major in Science and Engineering, Electronics/mechanical engineering is preferred
2. At least 3 years’ experiences of quality management, 1 year automotive electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
3. CET 4 or above, basic written and spoken in English.
4. good ability of judgement, analysis and communication.
5. Familiar with Excel, PPT and other office software.
