- Complete sales targets, supervise and realize payment collection, organize, implement and complete various plans and goals
- Formulate business development plans for the customers in charge; develop direct customers, including dealers, wholesalers and secondary customers
- Budget execution, control and supervision management to ensure the effectiveness and authenticity of expense usage
- Supervise and manage the OSI (Invoicing, Sales and Inventory) and DMS (Dial) systems of dealers and stores to ensure adequate and on-time delivery
- Develop dealer SELLIN, SELLOUT, distribution, packages, dealer sales staff bonuses, and effectively manage and develop dealers
- Assist distributors in managing inventory and accounts receivable to ensure that inventory is reasonable and accounts receivable are controllable
- Timely write-off of expenses and allocation of market expenses to ensure the rational use of market expenses
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to the company on market dynamics, including competitive conditions, problems, obstacles and opportunities, etc.
- Provide various reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop subordinates, including dealer personnel, to help improve business and personal capabilities and other development

- College degree or above
- More than 5 years of FMCG team management experience
- Acumen to data and good at analyzing business opportunities
- Winning work attitude and sense of responsibility; demonstrate adaptability and ability to withstand stress
- Good at customer and secondary dealer management, striving towards common goals, good at motivating dealers, paying attention to our company's business and cooperating with execution
