1.Drive new strategic account development and sales through targeted prospecting, lead qualification, and visiting prospective customers. Engage with customers through face-to-face visits, calls and e-mails to fully understand technical and commercial needs and align expectations between customers and company.

2.Identify potential customers that are consistent with the company’s market and business objective and establish strong relationships with key decision makers necessary to develop future business.
3.Further develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers through presentations, meetings, phone calls, and networking. Solidify relationships with the key decision-maker on qualified accounts through research and personal contacts.
4.Develop revenue growth strategies for new/existing customers, new/existing market penetration, new/existing geography, new/existing channel. Achieve assigned revenue forecasts.
5.Utilize broad product and customer knowledge, as well as a thorough familiarity with market demands and conditions such as design features needed by customers, channels of distribution and the appropriate time and way to pursue growth in the market.
6.Quickly achieve aggressive sales targets in conjunction with the company’s business objectives.
7.Negotiate favorable terms with customers consistent with company requirements.
Requirement
1.Familiar with developing new market in heat exchanger, glass lining, PTFE and other industries.
2.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established sales targets.
3.Proven experience selling to all levels of positions within an organization from buyers to C-level executives.
4.Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
5.Minimum of 3-5 years sales and marketing, product line management or business development experience.
6.Experience in marketing and sales disciplines along with a capacity for creative and analytical thinking in a broad area is essential.
7.Experience selling to maintenance and repair departments in the chemical industry preferred.
