Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sales market development of corresponding countries and regions, including formulating and implementing a sound sales strategy, managing sales activities in designated countries and regions, and being responsible for sales targets and performance;
2. Coordinate and integrate regional and headquarters resources, independently or lead the team to achieve sales targets;
3. Establish and maintain channels and develop new partners, consolidate business relationships and continuously expand new channels;
4. Design and build targeted training and strategic guidance to empower sales staff and enhance their competitiveness.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, no major limit;
2. Priority will be given to those with food or condiment sales experience, or familiar with the consumer goods industry model;
3. Proficient in spoken English, Chinese Mandarin is a bonus, good communication and writing skills;
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different business environments, and accurate grasp of market development trends.
