The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding market segments like hospitals and elderlycare homes; secondarily in the retail O2O sectors.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
2. Identify and engage with potential clients, including B2B agencies, hospitals (inward and retail), nursing homes, drugstores, and retail chains.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the respective channels/customers’needs.
5. Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and insights for product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Nursing background is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development with direct experience in adult and baby diaper category.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth from zero.
- Deep and hands on P&L experience – planning sales and A&P ROI experience down to the detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills – able to work seamlessly with other departments and with external business partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the healthcare market and regulatory environment in Hong kong.
