- Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic automotive OEM clients to achieve sales targets.
- Lead the sales team in market analysis, identify potential clients, and develop new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide professional product solutions.
- Participate in product promotion activities to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Conduct regular sales data analysis, prepare sales reports, and present sales progress to management.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of client orders and after-sales service.
- Attend industry exhibitions and client meetings, representing the company to showcase products and services.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in team management.
- Familiarity with the automotive OEM market and a strong network of client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively drive the sales process.
- Strong market analysis capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and a strong team player.
- Proficient in office software; English communication skills are a plus.
