• Develop/execute strategic sales plans to achieve 20% YOY growth in factory PPE solutions
• Coach & mentor sales team on consultative selling techniques for industrial clients
• Build C-level relationships with manufacturing safety managers & procurement leaders
• Analyze client safety needs to propose customized PPE packages (technical specifications + compliance)
• Monitor industrial safety trends (ISO standards, local regulations) to position solutions
• Manage full sales cycle: Lead generation → Technical presentations → Contract negotiation → After-sales
• Collaborate with product teams on customized PPE solutions for factory environments
skills and experience required.
• Bachelor's in Business/Engineering/Industrial Safety
• 8+ years B2B sales experience, with 3+ years leading teams in PPE/industrial safety products
• Proven success selling to factories (equipment/MRO/PPE) in Yangtze River Delta region
• Technical understanding of EN/ANSI/GB safety standards for industrial PPE
• Fluent English + Mandarin (written negotiations often require bilingual documentation)
• Willingness to travel 40% within East China manufacturing clusters
