Responsibilities:
1、Assist supplier performance monitoring system maintenance and improvement
2、Assist project engineer to select supplier, set up supplier sample and submit application
3、Visit potential suppliers and develop a standard assessment list including quality system assessment

4、Work with raw material suppliers to resolve long-term/emergent issues or delivery issues
5、Resolve all internal supplier quality issues through daily use checklist
6、Coordinate and supervise all internal suppliers after supplier authorization
7、Assist in the release of monthly/quarterly supplier PPM reports and communicate the results with management, Purchasing department and individual suppliers
8、Assist supplier to complete defect report according to specific problem
9、Work with quality personnel to receive, review and approve or reject PPAP documents submitted by suppliers as required
10、Train the relevant staff of the supplier to help them improve the development and development of PPAP documentation system
11、Internal tracking of supplier defects
12、Visit the supplier and verify that it complies with the approved process control plan
Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Tech/Safety/Environmental.
2、over 5 years’ experience providing EHS expertise in an industrial manufacturing/chemical environment.
3、General computer skills and especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
4、Fluent English is preferred.
5、Familiar with ISO14001 & 45001 management system.
6、Understand local and global safety and environment standard and regulatory requirement.
7、Familiar with the basic concepts and processes of EHS management in multinational corporation / enterprises (such as: LOTO, operational changes, risk analysis, emergency response, stakeholder management, special operations, mechanical safety, chemical safety, radiation safety, electrical safety, battery safety, PPE, sustainable development, etc.)
