- Handle new product development to bulk production
- Product categories: all promotional items suitable for Beauty clients in China (bags & pouch, tote bag and shopping bags in all kinds of materials, cosmetic accessories, textile, stationery…)
- Responsible for product sourcing, material sourcing, new vendor development, sample arrangement, price negotiation and costing
- Work closely with the account team and suppliers for quotation follow up, sample arrangement and order follow up
- Risk mitigation and claim settlement
- Ensure on time delivery in full
skills and experience required.
- Good experience in Promotional items for Beauty clients, product development and production, including technical understanding, specifically for global luxury brands
- Experience in product development and solid experience and knowledge in cost saving is a MUST
- Background gained from trading or manufacturing company
- Expertise in Sustainable options: eco-design, materials, responsible sourcing
- Diploma holder or above
- Good command of English is a Plus
- Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized and good team player
- Good computer literate in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
