Tasks and Responsibilities:
1.Machine/Purchasing:
•Acoording the forecast volume to write capex to France, new machine delivery arrangement. Other equipment purchase for new machine match up.
•Responsible for machine transfer to fixed asset.
•Caculate the space of production dep., quality dep.
2.Employee Management:

•Resource planning based on sales forecast.
•Recruitment of production team.
•Training management for all production related employees.
•Production arrangement & OT management
•Shop floors management for discipline, team building, engagement implementation.
3.Workshop:
•Focus on regrind material, arrange water spider and inspection operator about it.
•5S responsible for shop floors; daily and weekly.
•Take care of the layout of raw material, PPAP area, 2nd inspection area and etc.
•Daliy commnunicate with other dept. for quality issues and support dept. fulfill customers requirements.
•Quality improvement activity on shop floor.
•Participate in process audit/Quliaty system like IATF/ISO.
Plant:
•Responsible the plant maintenance, the fire system, cooling tower, water treatment system and air compressor.
•Responsible capacity expansion enevironment assessment as well as government related paperwork.
4.Regular paper work:
•Monthly ME master data
•ME input report
•Exact report
•Skill matrix
•5S report
•Production monthly meeting report
•CR Report
•FC1 and etc.
Qualification:
1.Specify what level of education is needed (secondary school, technical school, university, master, PHD, etc). Define how many years’ relevant working experience is required and which type of experience.
2.Bacholar degree with at least 8 years’ experience and at least 3 years management experience in production management.
3.Experience in logisctic, quality and process, know well about the automotive industry.
4.Familiar with injection and blowing process, knowledge of TPE/TPV material
