about the job:
- Set up an up-to-date digital solution & technology visibility which covers end-to-end supply chain processes; build up GSC China digitization mid-term roadmap to align with the strategic framework of Global GSC, China Operations, and GSC China.
- Build up digital process Subject Matter Expert (SME) and it’s Super User Committee (SUC) networks together with business owner & IPO to ensure fully usage of all digital tools and the engagement in continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Digital workshop, communication, and the sharing of the digital best practice among regions, clusters, and plants/DCs.
- Manage key transformation in terms of GSC China Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure foundation.
- Manage GSC China IT Budget, validate, prioritize, and execute GSC China annual digitization transformation portfolios with GSC China cluster/entity, Finance, and local IPO team; to ensure value proposition and speed.
qualifications:
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in information engineering or related majors.
- 10 years of working experience in the digital transformation and smart operation, with solid experience in implement digital and AI technologies into smart plants.
- external consultant experience will be a preference.
- strong leadership and excellent communication skills towards various stakeholders.
- fluent in oral English.
