Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of embedded software projects (Linux, RTOS, Android Framework, etc.), effectively controlling project requirements, planning, schedule, quality, and personnel.
- Develop project iteration plans based on software release planning, identify and manage project risks, monitor development processes, and ensure project quality.
- Lead the project team to implement iteration plans, organize and coordinate related development and schedule management work, ensure the successful execution of the plan, and track project task progress.
- Participate in the development of project management systems and processes, be responsible for implementing project management systems, and participate in process improvement and continuous optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in software development project management, preferably in a computer-related field.
- Proven experience in managing successful embedded software projects (Linux, RTOS, Android Framework, etc.).
- Proficiency in software project process management, with practical experience in waterfall and agile SCRUM project management.
- Technical background or software development experience preferred.
- Proactive, results-oriented, strong organizational and communication skills, excellent teamwork spirit, and adaptability.
- Preference given to those holding PMP or other project management certifications.
