• Client is seeking a highly strategic and driven Strategic Product Manager to join our digital team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and driving the product strategy for key initiatives focused on the Japan market, with additional responsibility for providing support and insights for the China market. You will leverage your deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and digital product development to create innovative solutions that deliver impactful results.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned products and services, from ideation and concept development through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and unmet needs in the Japanese healthcare landscape, with consideration for the evolving Chinese market.
• Drive product launches and post-launch optimization, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital health, technology, and the evolving healthcare landscape in both Japan and China.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in product management, product marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on healthcare or life sciences.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and launching successful products or services in the Japanese market is essential.
• Familiarity with the Chinese healthcare market is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in conducting market research, analyzing data, and building business cases.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred.
• Experience with digital health or digital product development is a plus.
