Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
1. Responsible for formulating the overall direction and development of the team.
2. Overseeing the operation and maintenance, tenant fit out and budget control, liaising with various internal and external customers on improvement works, statutory works and major/capex works.

3. Upholding relevant professional standards & service quality.
4. Coordinate with Projects team and Portfolio team for the tenant design and renovation related technical works.
5. Responsible for managing the property engineering team, and handling the maintenance and improvement works in daily building structure and system.
6. Ensure that all assets and equipment are in the best condition, and initiate, implement, and monitor safety policies.
7. Plan and manage the major improvement works.
8. Prepare annual and 10-year budgets and monitor the annual operating cost.
9. Performance assessment of the services provided and monitoring of ongoing and completed work.
10. Establish and manage energy-saving measures.
11. Make the manpower plan and the training need.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level, major in property management or related.
• A minimum 15 years’ relevant working experience.
• Sound knowledge of property engineering management in Chinese Mainland.
• Good team plyer with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Putonghua is required.
• Experience of managing large teams of over 200 subordinates.
