Job Responsibility:
- Lead and steer the value stream team related to Segment team
- Allocate resources according to business needs
- Define business cases per value streams business requirements (PuT, local requirements, Customer requirement)
- Drive and coach continuous improvement of the value stream based on system CIP approach on SQCD, define focus topics
- Set priorities in daily management and Improvement activities
- Align targets with expertise team
- Active contribute on definition of expertise team competences
- Drive BPS maturity improvement per business case needed
- Perform bench marks cross plants & competitors, to gain VSM product cost & quality advantages
- Lead & support “lead plant” to conduct process bench mark for improvement & competence building up.
