Responsibilities:
- Be responsible to assess, enhance and manage end-to-end quality system which starts from market insights, new product development until customer service.
- Lead the development of robust design quality processes in R&D AP (including but not limited to innovation quality gate process, technical change management process and technology service process).
- Deploy design quality process in daily R&D tasks, projects and changes to ensure high quality delivery.
- Comprehensively review the effectiveness of product qualification mechanism versus customer needs and competitors' practice, govern projects' verification and System validation proposals, and provide technical guidance to the qualification results review.
- Play the quality assurance contact window role to the R&D and engineering technical changes management, ensure technical risks effectively assessed and managed, and quality checkpoints are well met.
- Setup and lead R&D quality meeting, manage the R&D quality performance and key improvement actions.
- Support 6 sigma capability buildup and projects rollout in R&D AP.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in food science /quality management/ Engineering.
- 8 yearly experiences in quality management in food production / packaging / machinery manufacturing.
- 3 years above experience in quality system management setup, audit or process restructuring in a business unit level.
- Extensive experience in NPD and process improvement project management.
- Certificate in 6 Sigma Black Belt or microbiology experience in food/beverage industry is preferred.
