Responsibility:
1. Gather product requirements such as functionalities, performance, and safety standards. Manage the requirement definition process for new products, including customer requirements, product specifications, and system specifications.

2. Inspecting prototypes, FOT samples, and materials to identify defects and recommend improvements. Conducting quality control checks on components and final products to ensure they meet high standards.
3. Creating test environments and cases for all mechanical and electrical systems. Developing automated testing systems for regular evaluations.
4. Analyzing test results, identifying issues, tracking root causes, and documenting both technical problems and their solutions.
5. Ensure that our products and procedures comply with industry standards, such as ISO, as well as BRITA's own standards.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and innovation teams to identify market needs for new product development.
7. Serve as a liaison between local teams and the global team at headquarters.
Requirement
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering
2. 5+ years working experience in quality assurance engineering, preferably electrical engineering
3. Deep knowledge of product development, mechanical design, product testing and electrical systems.
4. Good understanding of technical processes and quality management systems
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
