Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to achieve individual and team performance goals. Foster a collaborative and high performing team culture.
Customer Relationships: Oversee the management of key customer accounts, ensuring the team builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships. Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues. Orchestrate internal action plans based on customer feedback and continuous improvement activities to achieve customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the KAM team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Conduct regular performance reviews and set development goals.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Modify and implement Key Account discipline to meet China market requirements.
Strategic Planning: Be a strong contributor to the development and execution of China Strategy. Develop and implement strategic account plans for all China Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships. Align team efforts with the company’s business objectives.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, including product management, product engineering, field application and sales operations team, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive the successful delivery of products and services.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present regular sales forecast reports on account status, team performance, sales activities, and market trends to senior leadership.
Contract Negotiation: Support KAMs in high-stakes negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to secure favorable terms for both customers and the company.
Understand and communicate China semiconductor business and technology trends to business untis.
skills and experience required.
Education: 4 year bachelor degree in sciences, engineering, or Semiconductor related engineering disiplines; Master degree/MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role managing key accounts in China. Experience in semi industry is highly desirable. Working experience in semi component business but managing semi equipment account preferred.
