Job Description
1. Build Python-like high-performance compilers, runtimes, and high-performance libraries based on LLVM to build the foundation of AI Native;
2. Build an efficient and high-performance development platform for AI pipeline workflows and build the underlying engine of AI Native;
3. Build an open open source ecosystem for AI Native workflows, formulate industry standards, and participate in community building.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or software, 2 years or more of work experience;
2. Familiar with compilation principles, AI computing frameworks, and related compilation optimization technologies, AI acceleration;
3. Familiar with C/C++/Python, and familiar with the underlying implementation principles of C++/Python.

Bonus Points:
1. Familiar with compiler development such as GCC/LLVM and participating in related communities is preferred;
2. Experience in RISC-V/ARM/DSP/GPU compiler development is preferred;
3. Experience in HPC/AI compiler and high-performance library development is preferred;
4. Experience in programming language, compiler, virtual machine development, or experience in ISA and microarchitecture co-design is preferred.
