2. He/she has rich experience in antibody filed and is obligated to provide strategic and scientific insights covering antigen design, conjugation strategy, animal immunization, hybridoma development, antibody purification, and antibody characterization.
3. He/she is responsible for developing antibody-related capabilities, including but not limited to antibody screening, genome editing for antibody display and high-throughput antibody expression, anti-drug antibody purification method development, etc.
4. He/she will be engaged in multi-tiered projects’milestone planning meeting, collaborating with other functional teams to develop novel antibody capabilities to ensure continuous business growth.

skills and experience required.
1. Ph.D. degree in biosciences, including but not limited to biology, biochemistry and immunology.
2. Experience on development of ADA, NAb, Antibody pair, Biomarker antibody and etc.
3. Rich industry experience in antibody production and engineering will be preferred
4. Broad knowledge and solid insight in oncology and immunology drug discovery
5. Familiar with common antibody formats and their cons and pros
