- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vision inspection systems, cameras, and related technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
