Global Famous Tire Company is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales & Marketing Solution Specialist to join our APAC Sales & Marketing Solution team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of CRM & B2B systems, specifically within the APAC region.

1. Business Needs Understanding & Prioritization:
- Support the implementation of the China CRM strategy and roadmap.
- Assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of the B28 CRM platform and associated CRM products in China, aligned with Global IT strategies.
- Collaborate with businessstakeholders to understand and scope business needs.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and discussions to define and prioritize key product requirements.
- Fosterstrong relationships with the Digital HQ team to ensure alignment and support.
2. Business Process Documentation:
- Assist in defining business cases, cost models, and overall objectives for CRM product development.
- Work with CRM program teams and external PMOs to formalize business processes in alignment with system designs.
- Support target operating model definitions for new product launches.
- Define project steering activities, provide advice, and review the overall project plan and status.
- Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Offer daily operation and hyper care work, work with external & HQ technical team to support APAC business.
3. Product Management:
- Assist in defining and monitoring the product release plan, methodologies, and resource allocation.
- Develop mechanisms to track product releases and associated features.
- Resolve conflicts during product releases in collaboration with IT teams and external partners.
- Conduct on-site training to ensure user proficiency with CRM systems.
- Address user queries and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Monitor platform usage and collect qualitative feedback to inform future phases.
- Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication skills).
- Extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with strong proficiency in system configuration to address day-to-day Salesforce-related business issues.
- Strong documentation skills, capable of independently preparing presentations for reporting purposes and proficient in creating solution designs, data dictionaries, training materials, and similar deliverables.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA), with the ability to thoroughly understand business requirements, quickly analyze and map processes, and independently deliver effective solutions.
Desired Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in digital consulting is highly desirable.
- Proven success in driving digital transformation projects from inception (0) to completion (1) is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in large-scale B2B project rollouts and subsequent maintenance, including system stability, user support, and continuous improvement.
- Project experience in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, retail, or B2B is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce migration to Alibaba Cloud is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in implementing WeChat Mini Programs is an advantage.
- 1+ year of project management (PM) experience, with a clear understanding of managing multiple projects simultaneously, including end-to-end project implementation processes, timeline planning, and risk management.
