1.Take the lead or contribute as a team member in the implementation of the FICO module for S4 HANA projects, overseeing all phases from requirement gathering
and blueprint design to system configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Ensure that projects are completed on time, meet high-quality standards, and remain within budget constraints.
2.Design, configure, and implement SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
3.Assess and enhance business processes by identifying pain points and bottlenecks and recommending suitable SAP solutions for CO module.
4.Collaborate effectively with other modules, including MM, PP, and SD, to guarantee a smooth data flow and integration of processes across different modules.
5.Offer technical support and troubleshooting for the SAP system after go-live, addressing system errors and issues promptly, while also performing regular maintenance and optimization.
6.Engage with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT departments, and external vendors, to facilitate successful project implementation.

技能和经验要求
1.Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm.
2.Over 8 years of relevant experience in SAP implementation projects, with mandatory experience in S4/HANA projects. 
3.At least 3 years of experience in S4/HANA CO module implementation and support.
4.Strong understanding of SAP CO modules and their integration with other SAP module.
5.Discrete manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
6.Demonstrated ability to translate client objectives into actionable designs and create deliverables that effectively address complex challenges.
7.Proven management capabilities, including the ability to train and develop team members, manage project budgets, and build strong client relationships.
8.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
