Responsibilities：
1、Systematically handling RPP projects management towards RPP target
2、Lead RPP idea generation, feasibility study, business case calculation
3、Set up and maintenance of a project organization with defined communication and reporting
4、Lead the project members and the sub projects and the specialist teams within the defined range of the project
5、Plan, tune and control the project phases and the product samples
6、Specify ME requirements, freeze current requirements status and review
7、Perform Mechanical Engineering (platform)
8、Plan sample design in different phases
9、Define activities for ME release
10、Define, estimate work packages and create time schedule
11、Prepare and Establish Project Management Plan, refine Project Management Plan and get approval
12、Monitor, control and update project plans
13、Establish product target costing
14、Setup project cost controlling
15、Manage Change Requests, project risks, and problems
16、Prepare review
17、Prepare sample build, procure samples
Requirements：
1、Bachelor (> 5 years experience) or Master (> 2 years experience) equivalent in Polymer, Chemistry, or Material Science. The analytical ability is required.
2、Possess experience in two or more of the following technical areas is plus: polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer rheology, polymer adhesion, polymer formulation, polymer molding, or polymer characterization.
3、Proven communication skills and ability to perform within a cross-functional team environment.
4、Ability to drive change initiatives.
