• Establish middle-office financial architecture for asset management operations, oversee full-cycle accounting and tax planning across fund fundraising, investment, management, and divestment phases.
• Develop group-wide financial control framework, optimize budgeting processes, capital allocation strategies, and management fee distribution mechanisms.
• Serve as cross-departmental coordination hub, collaborate with risk control and post-investment teams to monitor fund flows.
• Interface with custodian banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure fund compliance with financial regulations.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines from full-time accredited institution.
• Proven financial management expertise with acute analytical acumen and data fluency, comprehensive understanding of financial control processes and strategic oversight.
• Minimum 7 years' progressive financial experience, including 3+ years in Finance Manager/Director roles; preference for candidates with listed company or industry-specific leadership experience.
• Proficient in enterprise information systems and ERP implementations.
• Thorough knowledge of high-tech enterprise policies and execution of tax incentive programs.
