    about the company.
    A reputed company, with decades of histories, has brought their pet food worldwide. With hundreds of products and exporting to more than 50 countries. Currently, they are investing more in China market, and looking for a EC manager to develop thier EC business. 


    about the team.
    You will directly report to the China Commercial Head, and work with the team. You will be embraced with a true, friendly, and nice working atmosphere.


    about the job.

    • Responsible for the sales achievements of EC platforms (DOUYIN/JD/Tmall/PDD) and maintaining cooperation with the distributor.
    • Plan, develop and execute EC platform (especially DOUYIN/Tmall) business strategy.
    • Lead and drive day-to-day operations towards long term goal.
    • Filter suitable KOL and develop a cooperation plan with core KOL.
    • Responsible for establishing traffic buy plan, making daily adjustments and analyzing effectiveness vs investment.
    • Monitor, identify and report industry trends, competitve environment and potential opportunities of social media sale platform (DOUYIN/Tmall).
    • Monitor and analyze daily/monthly data to develop insights that helps to improve the business.
    • Maintain close communication with the DOUYIN/Tmall buyer to obtain platform traffic resources and information.
    • Manage forecast, stock inventory, pricing, A&P and payment on social media sale platform (DOUYIN/Tmall).


    skills and experience required.

    • Bachelor's degree or above
    • At least 5 years of working experience in FMCG e-commerce and more than 2 years of Douyin/Tmall experience. Pet experience is preferred
    • Strong distributor/TP management ability
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions/suggestions
    • Driven by sales outcome and targets
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Able to work independently and resolve complex scenarios
