Job Requirements:
- Expecting the candidate with more than 15 years experience PM background who is familiar with the Project management including but not limited to: timeline management, vendor, contract, cost, as well as can handle the relationship between Ho Co shareholders, and LP investor.
- Besides the tech knowledge we also expecting the candidate can read the asset performance, had experiences in portfolio management and asset management, besides the very hands-on experiences on projects, also understand the progress of and performance to drive better valuation.
- Most of assets are - office or value-add/core mixed used assets, including business park in UK and Europe market.
People Skills:
- A professional with business and real estate experience.
- A clear proven track record of delivery, self-starting with the ability and courage to initiate and frame strategies and manage change.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills including a proven ability to influence others and lead commercial negotiations with landlords.
- High energy level individual, with the determination of seeing thing through and succeeding.
- External outlook – ability to spot relevant external trends and translate these into opportunities and responses.
- Business acumen to understand the economics of a solution or service, including cost drivers and the trade-offs associated with quality, schedule, and cost.
