Brief description on roles
1. Understand training needs of business and deploy relevant learning intervention
2. Delivery of Discovery/ Language/communication training (integrated soft skills, intercultural, language proficiency) and other relevant training programs as per the identified training plan in TKH/NHC
3. Manage & support Learning Projects and meet business needs within agreed timeline;
4. Provide assistance and extend support to colleagues in order to help achieve their objectives by way of active teamwork
Requirement
· Bachelor or above;3 years working experience as a trainer role.
· Fluent English in Reading, Speaking, Writing and listening
· Have excellent facilitation/training skills, with learning certification would be beneficial
· Smart, proactive and detail oriented with commitment
· Good communication skills and problem solving skills
• Computer literate and proficient with MS applications e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes
• Operational experience / Strong knowledge in banking and financial services will be beneficial
• Ability to influence stakeholders / learners
