Responsibilities：
• BIM Strategy and Implementation:
o Develop and implementation BIM standards, protocols and workflows.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g ISO 19950, national standards, corporation standards, clients standards, projects standards).
o Create and maintain BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for projects.
• Coordination and Collaboration:
o Act as the central point of contact for BIM-related issues.
o Facilitate collaboration internally and externally among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
o Train and support team members in using software and workflows.
• BIM Model Management:
o Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models.
o Ensure BIM models are accurate, clash-free, and meet project requirements.
o Manage model coordination and clash detection processes.
• BIM Data Management:
o Ensure proper data exchange and interoperability between software platforms.
o Manage project data, including schedules, quantities, cost information, and operation information
o Implement data security and access control measures.
o Lead, issue, review, and present required BIM design and engineering documents (e.g., 3D models, clash detection reports, coordination drawings, specifications, submittals, ITPs, commissioning plans) following the approved project schedule and company procedures. Perform professional reviews and incorporate provided comments before document release.
• Project Support:
o Support System Owners or Work Package Owners during the project lifecycle (e.g., design, procurement, construction, commissioning, validation, handover, close-out).
o Provide professional BIM input, lead, review, and implement required changes to all aspects of the design relating to all discipline-related project systems or packages.
o Assist in 4D and 5D BIM simulations for project planning.
o Support the use of BIM for sustainability analysis, energy modeling, and facility management.
o Provide input during design and construction phases to optimize BIM workflows, to ensure seamless BIM integration.
Professional experience & education
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Diploma holders with at least 12 years of experience unless equated with professional certifications.
Experience with Construction and Engineering Company.
Rich experience with project management and team management is preferred

Proactive in cooperating with project team and section team members.
Related experience of engineering at site is preferable.
Proficient in relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ISO 19650, BIM Protocol).
Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
Good skill in using Microsoft Office software and BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Bentley Systems) is essential.
