10+ years of brand marketing experience in premium outdoor, luxury apparel, or performance sportswear, with a proven track record of scaling global brands.
Expertise in launching successful campaigns for technical products (e.g., mountaineering gear, expedition apparel) and lifestyle extensions.
Demonstrated success in driving DTC growth through digital innovation and community-building strategies.
Strategic storyteller with the ability to translate technical product features into aspirational consumer narratives.
Deep understanding of sustainability-driven marketing and circular economy principles.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social listening software.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Fluency in English required;
