公司简介：知名MES系统厂商职责：根据总公司的业务策略，制定事业部所在区域的总体发展计划，高效完成总公司的目标；根据公司制定目标和指标，结合本部门工作，明确相关人员的职责，建立并完成本部门的工作目标与指标，并协调人力资源的增减计划；定期检查销售、售前、售后、交付实施等部门计划实施结果，如出现异常应及时提出调整方案和整改措施；协助公司相关部门收集市场资讯，竞争对手的情况整理和分析，根据公司的产品优势制定销售方案；团队管理与规划，加强本部门员工的职业道德素养及综合素质以利于公司整体形象的提升；要求：熟悉mes等相关的行业，对行业有较深的了解和认知；能够根据自己经验，给公司提出合理的建议及方向。有MES项目经验，承担MES，WMS项目的开展，对制造执行系统的运作机制和流程有深入理解；有较强的执行能力，能根据公司的策略及方向，带领督促团队完成年度目标；有较强的团队管理能力，能够做好团队的管理协调，让团队有凝聚力及战斗力；具有较好的表达沟通能力，能够与上级，同事，及客户及时有效的沟通。
