1. Supplier Evaluation and Selection: Responsible for evaluating the capabilities and reputation of potential suppliers, including their production capacity, quality management system, delivery capacity, etc. According to the company's needs and standards, select suitable suppliers to establish cooperative relationships with them.
2. Contract Negotiation and Signing: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to clarify the terms and conditions of cooperation, including price, delivery period, quality standards, after-sales service, etc. Ensure that the signing of the contract is in the interests of the company, and review and sign the contract with the legal department.
3. Supplier Management and Performance Evaluation: Establish a supplier management system to monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers. Regularly conduct supplier performance evaluations, including indicators such as delivery on time, quality pass rate, service level, etc., communicate with suppliers and put forward improvement requirements.
4. Supply Chain Coordination and Communication: Maintain good communication and cooperation with suppliers, keep abreast of suppliers' production status and problems, and coordinate with them to solve them. Coordinate and cooperate with internal departments to ensure the smooth and coordinated supply chain to meet the company's production needs.
5. Quality Control and Problem Solving: Develop and implement quality control standards with suppliers to ensure that the products provided by suppliers meet the company's quality requirements. Handle and solve supplier quality problems in a timely manner, and take effective measures to prevent problems from happening again.
6. Cost control and optimization: Cooperate with suppliers to control and optimize procurement costs. Reduce procurement costs and improve the profitability of the company through negotiation, cooperation and supply chain management.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, familiar with the production process, quality standards and technical requirements of the clothing industry. Understand the characteristics of different clothing materials and processes, and be able to evaluate and control the quality of suppliers' products.
2. Have good negotiation and communication skills, be able to negotiate contracts with suppliers, and effectively coordinate and communicate with internal departments. Be able to understand and meet the needs of the company and suppliers and reach a consensus between the two parties.
3. Have relevant experience in clothing production and resource development in relevant Southeast Asian countries
