1. Establish relationship with customer's engineering organization to identify the business opportunities from engineering perspective.

2. Bridge the communications between customer's engineering organizations and company’s NA/European engineering team and leverage the engineering capabilities to support sales NBWs.

3. Co-ordinate and manage the product validation testing with the  engineering team in McLaren and the Centre to ensure we meet customer's program milestone.

4. Lead product design related VA/VE to support cost reduction initiatives.

skills and experience required.
1. Background of transmission and engine will be preferable.

2. About 2~4 years’ experience in automotive industry.

3. Good market knowledge, entrepreneurial and analytical working, ability to cooperate with an international team.

4. Experience deciphering Requirements Documents, Design Specifications.

5. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
