You will directly report to the APAC CEO, and lead a full function team of 1000+ people. And mainly 3 business lines, coffee chains, ready to drink products, and emerging products.

1. **Strategic Leadership:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the APAC region's objectives.
- Oversee the expansion of China's presence in the retail coffee chain sector, ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the development and launch of new RTD beverage products, targeting key consumer segments and distribution channels.
- Manage the at-home product line, including coffee beans, ground coffee, and capsules, to increase market share and consumer loyalty.
- Drive innovation in coffee machine products, ensuring that China remains at the forefront of technology and design.
2. **Business Development:**
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's growth strategy.
- Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships with key distributors and retailers.
- Oversee the launch of new store locations, ensuring they meet brand standards and contribute to the company's growth.
3. **Financial Management:**
- Manage the budget and financial planning for all business lines.
- Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
4. **Operational Excellence:**
- Streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality across all products and services.
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety regulations in all company operations.
5. **Marketing and Branding:**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

6. **Human Resources:**
- Build and maintain a high-productive team, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.

7. **Stakeholder Relations:**

8. **Reporting and Communication:**
- Regularly report to the APAC CEO on the performance of the business and any strategic initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and engagement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on retail and consumer products.
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a competitive market.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- A deep understanding of the Chinese market and consumer behavior.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Experience working with global teams and adapting to different cultural contexts.
