- Oversee sales volume in retail outlets and promote our brand in the assigned region,
- Work out and implement a regional development strategy to achieve distributional targets and prioritize territories for effective regional investment plans,
- Setting goals for distributors, manage importer's retail and wholesale standardized infrastructure, and improve efficiency of logistics and trade operations to increase sales volume and profitability,
- Conducting negotiations with key distributors and retail clients, developing and implementing promo campaigns, and ensuring national and regional targets are achieved in terms of brand cycle,
- Organize distributor and SRs staff sales training processes, provide Line Manager with required information for budgeting and strategic actions, and ensure control on contract accountability in assigned terms on volumes,
- Contribute to fight back performance of the brands against copycats, develop planograms for chain based on internal standards and sales analytics, manage assortment portfolio in retail chains, and plan the effective use of the marketing development budget,
- Monitor main competitors' activities and market behavior, investigate copycat cases, assess new cases, follow up on legal investigation requirements, and regularly report on beer Sales Performance and E-commerce performance,
- Provide insight gathering and reporting by collecting secondary data from importers and trade, online and offline price monitoring, price index analysis, and reporting.
