• 10+ years of experience in a Commercial Director role in related markets, with at least 5 years in China or South-East Asia.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, also within Chinese culture.
• Proven track record of motivating, building and leading successful teams.
• Innovative problem-solver, capable of thinking outside the box and remaining calm under pressure.
• Multilingual with excellent level of English language skills and willing to travel internationally to meet business needs.
