- Based on the business needs and goals to develop short/ long term CRM strategy & KPI, develop related CRM programs (Including generating lead/manage the lead/membership retention/loyalty program/maximize the value outcome of member.) to support the strategy and achieve the KPI.
- In a short term, the strategy is mainly serving marketing purpose, but it needs to be extended to benefit sales team in a long term.
- Optimize LOYALTY PROGRAM mechanism (rules & communication) to increase engagement & retention
- Manage loyalty program and CRM lifecycle campaign to recruit, retain and keep loyalty.
- Plan & manage Omni channel communication campaign (EC/TMALL/JD/ Department Store/WeChat).
- Leverage new platform like WeChat/online platform as an effective tool for eCRM communication.
- Act as an initiator for DTC sales growth and digital store operations.
- Manager data analysis together with agency and compile relevant report monthly quarterlyto stake holders.
- Internal communication with marketing other function, IT, operation, product, finance.
skills and experience required.
- Knowledge of WeChat and Tencent eco-system, for close loop operations at WeChat
- Understand of CDP and application with digital platforms for accurate consumer targeting
- Strategic thinking. Able to see into future and a nticipate the trends and create CRM strategies and plans accordingly.
- Strong analytical mind. Able to read behind figures and identify business opportunities and area of improvement.
- Proven expertise indirect marketing, and be effective and creative in both campaign organization and target customer communication via EDM, SMS, DM, online.
- CRM and Mini Program product owner to brief IT on tech support needed
- 6+ years of relevant CRM experience, ideally from retailing industry/CRM agency, with a sound understanding and experience of loyalty program and CRM tools
