- Platform Operations Management:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of our overseas e-commerce platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Supply Chain) to implement new features, enhancements, and optimizations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as site traffic, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and overall platform health.
- Develop and execute strategies to mitigate risks and address operational challenges in various international markets.
- Product Packaging Strategy:
- Oversee the creation and implementation of product packaging strategies that align with international shipping regulations, sustainability goals, and brand identity.
- Work closely with product development, design, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging meets all technical specifications, enhances product presentation, and minimizes costs.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative packaging solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of packaging strategies through customer feedback and performance metrics, and iterate as necessary.
- International Market Expansion:
- Identify and analyze new international markets for expansion, considering cultural nuances, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and execute localized marketing and operational plans to effectively enter and grow in new markets.
- Coordinate with local partners, distributors, and third-party sellers to ensure successful market entry and ongoing operations.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of platform operators, packaging specialists, and international market analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and personal growth.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure team members are equipped with the necessary resources and training to succeed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on international markets and/or product packaging.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Alibaba), international shipping regulations, and packaging standards.
- A passion for sustainability and a commitment to reducing environmental impact through innovative packaging solutions.
