. To identify weakness of vendors and manufacturers in production and business cooperation and offer corrective action plan and solutions;
. To set up and implement the accurate, standardised and professional technical procedure, methods and practice, and to train the suboridinated personnel accordingly to ensure the best technical team is constructured to provide the right serivce to business;
. To establish right quality management technique with vendors and manufacturering to help achieving high quality and productivity; pre-production preparation, sample construction review and technical training with factories;
skills and experience required.
• FAST, in love with fashion, high self-expression skills, self-confident, speed oriented, experienced in a similar task
• Understand and embrace the brand needs very well
• No specific university background is required, but university graduation is must have
• Advanced level of speaking in English
