Responsibilities:
Responsible for facility and real estate management, overall property operation and full life cycle management of China.
- Leads overall operations and develops the strategy and policies to deliver design, planning, implementation, construction, and maintenance of an organization's facilities and properties in all sites.
- Contact partner for Corp. Operation Steering team to align and implement related global and local strategy.
- Together with RGC Management and sites Management, plans and allocates the capital, equipment, and operating budget to support current operations and long-term facility plans.
- Ensures the reliability of all building mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems. Establishes building operations policies, procedures, and service standards to comply with all local laws and regulations.
- Reviews and negotiates contract terms and conditions for contractors selected for facility projects and the delivery of services.
- Be responsible for additional facility-related functions like food services, security, operational support the working for environmental, fire and safety related tasks.
- Improve team competence, driving synchronization within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering/facilities/real estate management or related field, overall legal knowledge in facilities, building construction, environment, safety, energy, labor, etc.area.
- 10+ years working experience of facilities/real estate management and 5+ years as leader role in sizable foreign owned manufacturing enterprises.
- Strong leadership to connect with team, driving organization transformation and people development.
- Experienced in project management, budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills and service mindset.
