about the role
Lead and oversee the localization strategy and implementation in China.
Full P&L responsibilities.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in the Chinese market.
Oversee daily operations and make key decisions to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
Manage budgets, develop and implement budget plans for the department and company.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and shareholders in China.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies.
Manage crisis situations and resolve complex problems that could impact the business.
about the candidate
10+ years of experience in business management, with a focus on localization in China.
MUST have experience working in the Test & Measurement or Precision Instruments industry
- Strong understanding of the Chinese market and regulatory environment.
Proven ability to develop and implement localization strategies.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
