Lead risk-driven audits and control to assess and enhance internal governance, process controls, and regulatory compliance. Provide assurance and consulting for company’s operating activities; Alert potential risks including providing insights on emerging operating risks during the company’s planning and strategizing process.
Principal Accountabilities:

1. Formulate, execute and manage audit projects according to risk-based Internal Audit Plan.
Conduct independent and objective assessments of internal controls, risk management, governance processes, financial results, compliance requirements, and other corporate processes etc.;
2. Design audit procedures, pre-audit activities and resource planning; Plan and execute review and testing related to internal controls and risk management procedures. Ensure complete and appropriate documentation of processes, controls, audit work and evidence; Reviews work papers and generate audit reports.
3. Work with management to provide value adding and robust recommendation to improve control gaps and support overall business objectives. Manage the delivery of timely audit reports, results and high-quality deliverables.
4. Partner with management in their development of corrective action plans in response to audit observations; Coordinate and perform follow-up on management action plans and document action plan states based on review and discussions with respective management action plan owners;
5.Participate in special review requested by management. Lead risk assessments exercise to assess the risk profile, highlights key risk and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks.
6. Propose annual risk-based audit planning, budgetary process and other matters. Develop internal audit process and systems.
7. Lead the Internal Audit team and ensure effective engagement with team members while ensuring right levels of motivation and workload management
skills and experience required.
1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines;
Knowledge in other field such as Engineering is an advantage.
2. Holders of CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE or other relevant professional.
3. A minimum of 10 years of internal audit experience, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare industry or commodity trading.
4. Good understanding of internal control concepts and risk management. Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and collaboration, communication skills.
5. Analytical, result oriented and attention to detail.
6. Ability to communicate and write in English
