- Project management process governance and strategic planning.
- Project execution and monitoring.
- Project reporting to key stakeholders and Leadership team.
- Organizes (with PMO) gate/milestone review meetings according to PCP process and procedures and drives decisions on Leadership level.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing project management team.
• Take ownership to solve critical issues for running projects, step in when needed, helping project managers to solve the critical issues.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities and monitor team members' performance.

qualifications:
- Education background: Masters’ or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
- Minimum 3 years in managerial role.
- Experience from equipment will be preference.
