about the position

1. Project management process governance and strategic planning.
2. Project execution and monitoring.
3. Project reporting to key stakeholders and Leadership team.
4. Organizes (with PMO) gate/milestone review meetings according to PCP process and procedures and drives decisions on Leadership level.
5. Team Leadership and Management

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing project management team.

• Take ownership to solve critical issues for running projects, step in when needed, helping project managers to solve the critical issues.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities and monitor team members' performance.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

qualifications:

1. Education background: Masters’ or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
3. Minimum 3 years in managerial role.
4. Experience from equipment will be preference.
