- Provides effective human resources and administration services in achievement of strategic objectives.
- Provide proactive consultation and direction to the leadership team in areas of employee/labor relations, performance management, recruiting, learning & development, and overall organizational effectiveness
- Ensure that the company meets its legal and social obligations in connection with all employment matters.
- Evaluate and recommend best practices in the application of HR processes, systems and policies
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.

skills and experience required.
- At least 10 years HR experience, 5 years of which would be working at a managerial level preferably within multi-national organizations.
- Consultative and collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, interpersonal and organization skills
