关于职位
1. Work with stakeholders to understand the business needs of IT systems related to medical device quality and regulation. Perform in-depth analysis of existing IT systems, processes and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
2. Work closely with IT developers, suppliers and other stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements, upgrades and integrations.
3. Support training and change management activities to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of new IT solutions.
4. Assist the department in producing promotional posters and videos.

技能和经验要求
1. Proficient in English writing and communication skills.
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. At least 2 years of business analyst experience, familiar with IT systems and processes in the medical device industry is preferred.
4. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping and data analysis.
5. UI design, PS related skills are preferred, and those who are good at video editing, posters and PPT production are preferred. ...
