Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain existing and acquire new profitable business from customers.
2. Manage the RFQs and lead the quote activities.
3. Price and contracts negotiation with OEMs. Price and contracts management within Hilite.

4. Set up market strategy for the defined customers.
5. Update the sales forecast regularly.
6. Collect and investigate relevant competitor activity/information.
7. Address the customer needs within the internal organization to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationship.
8. Support the other issues at the customer side, such as quality, logistics etc.
9. Internal departments support, engineering, purchasing, project management, quality, logistics, finance etc.
10. Perform other duties as assigned from Global CEO
Job Requirements:
1. Technical education with commercial experience, TMS working background is preferred.
2. 5+ years' experience
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin, German is a plus.
4. Good coordinate and strong communication skills.
5. Good PC and presentation skills.
6. Able to travel domestic and overseas frequently.
