- Be able to gain industry insights, build deep customer relationships and manage operational excellence at selling and sourcing products with minimum supervision.
- Identify business opportunities, through understanding product, flavor, quality, market dynamic and after sales service to achieve profitable growth with customer.
- Manage customer interactions in a professional manner, build strong customer relationships and stickiness.
- Visit customer frequently and deliver the customer voice to relevant function team timely.
- Working customer-oriented, work with internal functions and product team to fully support customer development in China market.

skills and experience required.
- Minimum university graduation with at least 6-10 years of work experience of Sales in food or FMCG.
- Have a proven record and experience of managing customer base & key accounts
- Strong communication, interpersonal and planning / priority management skills. Strong business acumen. Demonstration hands-on ability.
- Food ingredients sales experience is a must
- Sourcing and vendor management is preferred
- Good sales acumen and relationship management skills
- Effective communication skills (Fluent Mandarin and English)
