Responsibilities：
1、Utilize lean knowledge and tools to promote continuous lean improvement activities in the factory and systematically plan for lean development..
2、Act as the local communication link between the factory/site and the ALPS Central Team (ALPS CET)，Regularly participate in and organize ALPS meeting, including ALPS Popcorn meetings 、ALPS Webinars and ALPS monthly meeting.

3、Actively implement and improve the daily running of ALPS in the factory/site.
4、Perform audits according to ALPS (SB Audit Dialogues, SOP Audit Dialogues (Improvement), 5S Audits).
5、Support on factory GB and BB Project and can be a guider for GB and BB freshers to coach and support them.
Requirements：
1、Bachelor’s degree of above, major in mechanics, engineering or automation industry will be preferred.
2、Relevant Leadership and management skills.
3、3-5 years of lean improvement experience from production/manufacturing company.
4、Proficient in mastering knowledge and tools related to Lean and have participated in BB training and certification.
5、Project work experience is a plus
